Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh cook (born October 4 1979), is an American actress, model, and singer. She was a part of the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also is an actor on the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both comedians as well as a social worker. She is part Italian. Cook was seven years old when she made an appearance in a press release about foster care. At age 10, Cook began working as a child printer model, appearing in nationwide Target ads and on Milk Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
